The core challenge was translating the complexity of blockchain technology into something that felt as natural as opening a banking app. Operating in a fintech market with strong incumbents and high user skepticism around crypto, the team had to make stablecoins feel approachable, trustworthy, and human, without ever using crypto language.

From strategy to launch, one squad owned it all: brand identity, product experience across the consumer app and merchant dashboard, events, point-of-sale, and on-the-ground presence.
